Getting Here
TNT Paintball is located in Metchosin, just outside Victoria BC.
If you're coming from the mainland, there are three different ferries you can take to get you to Vancouver Island.
Once on the Island, take Highway #1 north (in town, it's called Douglas St.) Take the "View Royal/Colwood" Exit (#10). This puts you on the Island Hwy, which
turns into Sooke Rd. Turn left onto Metchosin Rd. This will take you through a large gravel pit (with a great view of the ocean), past a driving range,
and eventually past a golf course. Once you reach the intersection of Happy Valley Rd, turn right (You'll see My-Chosin Cafe there). After only 200m
or so you'll turn left onto Rocky Point Rd. After 10 minutes or so on Rocky Point Rd, you'll go down a steep winding hill, and see a large sign
for Pedder Bay Marina, and Canadian Forces Ammo Depot. Stay on Rocky Point road as it makes a sharp turn to the right. 500m past the Ammo Depot
turnoff you'll see a yellow gate and sandwich board sign that says TNT Paintball at the bottom of a steep driveway on your right. You're there !
Victoria and Vancouver Island
Those of you that have never visited this beautiful part of the world should consider bringing your family (if you have one) and spending a few extra days. Whether you are into camping, fishing, golfing, mountain biking, hiking, surfing, underwater diving, whale watching, swimming, shopping, or just gazing at beautiful man-made and natural landscapes, there is lots of it on the island. Vancouver Island is consistently rated as one of the top picks by tourists in the world.
Camping is only available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night at TNT paintball, but there are many beautiful private and provincial campgrounds on Vancouver Island for you to enjoy. Please be aware that this is right in the middle of the busy camping season on Vancouver Island, so pre-booking is advised. The same applies to other accommodations like Hotels and Bed & Breakfasts.
Other Accommodations
Those that choose to not to camp will find many accommodation opportunities in and around Victoria. Victoria's largest economic activity is tourism, so as you could imagine, there are lots of places to stay and lots to do. Here's a link to a site listing just a few of them.
WCPW was deliberately scheduled on a 3-day long weekend to make it a bit easier for out of town guest to attend, so be advised that accommodations should be booked well in advance.
